Processing of Orders/Shipping

Orders are processed starting the next business day after they are placed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once completed, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

Warranty

We offer a 3-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, items damaged during shipping, or incorrect items received. To initiate a claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and photos or videos of the defect or damage. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will determine if it qualifies for a replacement, repair, or refund. Items showing signs of misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will only assist customers within 3 days upon order arrival (the day you received the item is considered as your first day), orders beyond the 3rd day will not be accepted. We will only assist customers who provide photos or videos as proof of the item’s condition. Unfortunately, customers who cannot provide these requirements will not be eligible for assistance.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
